Well It’s been a while since I have posted. It has been a crazy week. Deb was in New Orleans which meant I was Mr Mom while she was out. Combined with crazy work schedule there isn’t much time anymore. I started strong in the beginning of the week but prep time was short and the nutrition plan broke down a bit due to my lac of prep.
Weekend was hectic also helping the in-laws out Saturday I was dead tired when I got home and ended up up having pizza for dinner.
It’s Monday now and my weight is up a bit 293.4 (up from 289.0) trying to say on plan today it’s been hard. I got a late start in the morning and had pick a sick kid at school, so I have had only a protein drink today.
On a good note I found my wedding ring under a pile of papers on my desk. I have been going through while on meeting for work. Now I am going to spend some time with the kid.

Hey Bob, life tends to throw those curve balls into the mix, staying on top of it by prepping will keep you prepared. You might have prepped on Sunday for a good portion of the week and kept snacks with you that are easy to carry around making sure you don’t go towards that pizza!
Keep it up and let’s get back on track and lose those lbs gained!
